Our deep belief that all children have abilities and gift to give is a core foundation of our program. We provide information to help families see the possibilities for their children, and tools so that they can turn that potential into reality.

For 21 years, Family Support Network-High County (FSN-HC) has been providing services to families who have a premature baby, a child with a disability, mental illness or chronic health condition and families who have grief due to the death of a child.  There are no other organizations in the area that provide our unique services. Our services are focused, effective, confidential and free of charge.  We provide connections and hope.

Today we find ourselves struggling to have adequate funding to continue to provide families with the information and the tools to help their children. We are asking you to help.
